Cunninghame hosts team building day as it marks 40th anniversary
Cunninghame Housing Association hosted a special team-building afternoon for staff and Board members to mark its 40th anniversary.
In honour of its 40th anniversary, Cunninghame Housing Association hosted a special team-building afternoon, bringing together staff from across its group of companies and members of its Board of Management. The event was designed to celebrate this milestone by encouraging collaboration among staff who don’t always work side by side.
The afternoon kicked off with a buffet lunch, allowing everyone to mingle before diving into the activities. Everyone was divided into 20 teams, with each team containing at least one representative from every division of the company. This mix helped ensure that each team could bring different perspectives and skills to the activities, while helping team members get to know coworkers they might not often work with. The Board of Management joined in, too, with two separate teams of their own.
White Rhino hosted the event, where each team used an iPad to guide them through various challenges. The team-building tasks ranged from classic, lighthearted games like paper airplane competitions to mental challenges like general knowledge quizzes. With each task, there was a chance to work together creatively and embrace a bit of friendly competition.
As Cunninghame looks to the future, the association hopes the team-building day stands as a reminder of the strength of its diverse, committed team, and how continued collaboration will help them achieve even more together.
