Connect Modular and Cunninghame celebrate double award win at CIH awards
Connect Modular and Cunninghame Housing Association are celebrating after winning two awards at the CIH Scotland awards.
Cunninghame Housing Association in partnership with Connect Modular were delighted to receive two prestigious awards at the recent CIH Scotland Housing Awards 2024 in the undernoted categories:
- Excellence in development for affordable housing
- Excellence in housing innovation
Cunninghame's development at Bridgehousehill, Kilmarnock was delivered in partnership with Connect Modular and showcases their commitment to affordable, high-quality housing that meets the needs of communities.
The project, completed a remarkable 18 weeks ahead of schedule, highlights the potential of modular construction as an innovative solution for delivering homes swiftly without compromising on quality.
Connect Modular’s off-site construction approach allowed for simultaneous ground preparations and house-building, reducing weather-related delays and accelerating completion.
