As we seek to address the urgent need for housing, we are also navigating a difficult economic climate and working to meet increasing standards.

SFHA’s Development Conference, on 15 March, will discuss the risks and opportunities for the social housing sector as we work towards reaching our affordable housing goals.

We’ll explore:

  • Trends in development and how housing associations have been addressing the challenges of the last few years
  • Different types of development, the evidence on them and how they’ve worked on the ground
  • Upcoming legislative changes and what policy makes need to consider for social housing providers in Scotland.

Is this conference for me?

The conference will be of interest to anyone who works in development and regeneration. It provides an unrivalled networking opportunity for anyone who provides development and related services to housing associations and co-operatives and their customers.

Tickets are priced at:

  • £240 for SFHA members
  • £335 for non-members

Book two places and bring a colleague for free! *

If your organisation books two delegate places, you can bring a third delegate for free.
