Awaab's Law: how do we respond in Scotland?

Damp and mould is high on the agenda, with new requirements for social and private landlords introduced in England.

We would like to explore the position in Scotland, consider whether there is a case for introducing similar requirements here, how action could be taken, and what the implications of doing so might be.

We will be holding a roundtable session to discuss this with members on Friday 14 February at 2-3pm. 
A short briefing will be circulated in advance of the meeting.
