Aids and adaptations member update

After sustained campaigning from SFHA, the Scottish Government has said grant offer letters are imminent.

Many thanks to those of you who have been working with to raise the issue of many members’ not yet having received their aids and adaptations budgets. After sustained campaigning on this, including raising with the Minister and senior civil servants, we have since received confirmation that grant offer letters should start being received this week.

Scottish Government has apologised to our members and have assured us they are taking direct steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
