Advice Direct Scotland (ADS) offer a range of services to support with the cost-of-living crisis and those struggling with energy costs.

Advice Direct Scotland have shared a third party mandate form to help assist in getting priority cases through to energy suppliers. 

This is available to SFHA members in the download section to the right hand side of this article. 

Once it has been filled in by both parties, you can email it to ADS along with the details of the case to enquiries@energyadvice.scot, who can then share the form with the supplier. Once the supplier has the form and your staff member has been named on the account, then they will be able to assist by phone and transfer through to the supplier if needed.
