Job description
Cairn Housing Group requires a Factoring Assistant to provide a day-to-day financial accounting and administration service to ensure the proper management of the Association.
Key duties will include processing income postings for Cairn’ property management service in line with current service level agreement, processing and maintaining weekly and monthly direct debits for all property management accounts and performing accuracy checks of nominal ledger postings to ensure integrity of data.
The successful applicant should hold The Property Management Factoring qualification (TPI), or at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, good knowledge of IT applications in particular Microsoft Office Excel and Word and strong numerical and communication skills - both written and verbal.
Applicants should have a willingness to travel as travel may be required to travel to other Cairn offices and sites.
