About the webinar

Our younger generations want to work for an organisation with a sense of purpose, where they can make a difference. They rate professional growth and career development as their number 1 driver of engagement and retention.

This webinar will provide some practical tips, tools, and techniques to support the longer term development of Younger Colleagues and will focus on creating stimulating work-based learning, training, and engaging upskilling opportunities; effective coaching and mentoring techniques; learning and communication styles and developing a growth mindset. There will also be an opportunity to stimulate discussion and share best practice through a break-out session.

We look forward to welcoming you to our webinar on a topic that is undoubtedly at the forefront of many associations to support succession planning and longer-term sustainability.

Who should attend?

This webinar is aimed at associations new to attracting younger colleagues and associations that recruit Young People, who want to gain further insights into current and emerging best practice. We would welcome anyone responsible for the learning, development and strategic direction of Young People.

About the hosts

Nicola and Robyn have a strong history of collaboration, having previously worked together on developing the 3rd Generations Investors in Young People (IIYP) framework and delivering a series of impactful webinars focused on attracting, recruiting, and developing young talent in the workplace. Their series culminated in "The Voice of the Young Person"—a powerful session hosted by Robyn, where a panel of young professionals shared their firsthand experiences in the workplace.

Building on this success, Nicola and Robyn reunited last year as an Account Manager and Practitioner duo, working closely to support organisations in creating inclusive, thriving workplaces. Together, they have delivered insightful workshops on generational well-being and fostering collaboration across generations, helping businesses harness the strengths of a multigenerational workforce.
